Simple Ground Beef + Sweetness Potato Skillet 🌱🍠
A QUICK One-Skillet recipe packed with loads of fresh, savory flavors!

Less than 30 minutes, and Less dingy dishes!
All-time mid-calendar week dinner idea.
I highly recommend doubling up your batch so you have leftovers for repast prep! That means your tiffin is covered for the next few days likewise!
➡️ For Repast-Prepping:
Divide your beef sweetness potato mixture as into 4 carve up air-tight containers. I added ane/iii cup cooked brown rice to each serving.
Cover with lids and store in the refrigerator for upwards to iv days.
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
- i Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
- ane-i/ii lbs lean grass fed ground beef, or ground turkey
- ii fresh garlic cloves, minced
- one sweet onion, diced
- 2 carmine bell peppers, diced
- ii medium sweet potatoes or yams, diced
- 1 loving cup frozen or fresh organic corn
- ane/2 cup beefiness broth
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup lycopersicon esculentum sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to gustation, nearly 1/4 teaspoon each
- fresh parsley, chopped
- cooked brown rice or quinoa, to fix your repast prep bowls
Instructions:
Rinse and scrub your potatoes thoroughly to remove whatever clay. Pat the backlog moisture with a paper towel.
Chop your sweet potatoes into 1/ii inch cubes and dice your peppers and onion.
Oestrus oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add in garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add in oregano, crushed cherry-red pepper flakes, bounding main salt and black pepper to your taste.
Stir until everything is well combined. Cook for 2 minutes more until liquid is reduced a bit.
Taste test, and arrange seasonings to your preferences.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with cooked brown rice or quinoa.

Unproblematic Footing Beef + Sweet White potato Skillet
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil, or olive oil
- 1-1/2 lbs lean grass fed ground beef, or footing turkey
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, minced
- one sugariness onion, diced
- two reddish bong peppers, diced
- 2 medium sweet potatoes or yams, diced
- i cup frozen or fresh organic corn
- i/ii cup beef broth
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 loving cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
- 1 tsp of oregano
- 1/eight tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste, about 1/4 teaspoon each
- fresh parsley, chopped
- cooked chocolate-brown rice or quinoa, to gear up your meal prep bowls
Instructions
